    Up to 5 Small Group Personal Training sessions per week and full access to Group Training sessions on the weekend.

    We have a group of like minded client share tips, recipes and even organise runs and bike rides together.

    To keep you on track, one of our coaches will check in with you every week, take stats, answer any of your questions and support you on your journey.

    As well as a weekly check in with your coach, we will provide you with an update of body stats and where you are on your journey.

The best gym! I've tried different gyms in the area and found Sam & Amy to be the best coaches, their class programming allows you to build strength and improve technique whilst still giving you a good calorie burning session. I have a knee injury and they are always providing support and they change the workout for me so that I can still join in the session. They give you nutritional advice which is useful and sustainable rather than providing a strict meal plan that is boring and repetitive. All the other members are friendly and welcoming, we are all great friends now and do stuff outside of the gym as well!

FAQs.

I haven't been to the gym before, am I going to be able to do the workouts?

Yes of course! Everyone has to start somewhere, we will guide you through every work so don’t worry! 

We encourage and support each other!

When does the trial start?

Whenever you are ready! The trial begins when you book your first session.

When are the sessions?

Monday to Wednesday: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 7:30AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM

Thursday : 5;30AM, 6:30AM, 5:30pM, 6:30PM

Friday: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 7:30AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM

Saturday & Sunday: 8AM & 9AM

What if I need to miss a few days during the trial?

If you have to miss some days for any reason, no problem! Let us know and we can extend the trial so you get the full 30 day experience!

How many people are in the sessions?

We focus on Small Group Training to give you the best coaching you can get, we keep the groups to a maximum of 8 people.

What happens after I sign up?

We will send you an email with instructions on how to book your first session and to schedule a quick chat to find out more about you!

What happens at the end of the trial?

We hope you have enjoyed the 30 day trial and want to carry on with us to achieve your goals, we have different membership packages that range from £129 – £210 per month and we can discuss which would best suit you!

But if Scarr Fitness isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine, we wish you all the best on your fitness journey!

  • Step One. Sign Up.

    Sign up through this link on this page, we massively limited our trial spaces so we can give our clients the best possible personal service that gets results! We sell out every month!

  • Step Two. Goal Setting / On-boarding form.

    Before you get into the gym we will need you to fill in our goal setting form. (this will be emailed to you as soon as you have signed up) This is one of the most important steps as it gives you the chance to tells exactly what you need help with and what goals mean the most to you . Your coach will then lay out a detailed road map of actional steps for you to take to achieve our goal.

  • Step Three. Face to face induction

    Before your first session we will arrange for you to come in to meet your coach and talk more in-depth about your goals & to take your stats, photos. We also will talk to you about what nutrition protocol we will be using and set all that up in this meeting

  • step 4. Book your first session

    its now time to set up your 'TeamUp" app, this app allows you to book all your session and manage your class bookings.

  • Step 5. get into the gym & workout

    Lets Train! At your first session your coach will be leading class, they will keep you under their wing until your find your feet they you will also introduced to the other members on your class, we are very friendly bunch.
