Whether you are on a 30 day trial or a full Scarr Fitness member, you get access to up to 5 Small Group Personal Training sessions a week (depending on membership) and unlimited access to Group Training on the weekends. We always encourage members to get together in their own time, have fun, exercise and support each other!
